JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the e-stamping process for a range of agreements and contractual documents.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in internship hiring activities, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Assist the Industrial Relations team in updating employee information in Workday.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, scheduling, documentation and preparation of related documents.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
