Intern – Group Human Resources
(Based at Battaramulla)

To support the department in day-to-day operations while gaining practical exposure and hands-on experience in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support with the Strategic Planning Process for HR (data collation, presentations etc.)
Supporting the HR Governance process and deliverables
Administrative functions such as meeting scheduling, facilitating and minute taking
Keeping track of deliverables and following up on them
In terms of what the intern will be able to get out of this – exposure into the HR function, including Strategic Planning, Governance; hands on experience in stakeholder management and working with the different Value Streams/SBUs and Functions within MAS.
Requirements
Reading for/Completed a Degree in Finance/Management/HR
Studying for/completed a professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA/AAT/CMA
Number savvy, proficiency in Microsoft functions such as Excel, PowerPoint
Good communication skills & proficiency in writing
