We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making during a temporary engagement. This individual will partner with leadership to provide insights and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Analyze financial results and key performance indicators
  • Develop financial models and business analyses
  • Prepare management reporting packages
  • Support strategic planning initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of finance or FP&A experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
