What You’ll DoThis role is critical to our ability to accelerate and scale our clinical AI product deployment as we expand our client base.
You Will Own:
Project Management: Lead client-facing health technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines using project management tools
Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules internally and externally, coordinating resources across technical, product, clinical, and client success teams, and proactively mitigate potential conflicts.
Client Success Support: Collaborate with the Client Success team to align project outcomes with client goals, serve as the technical point of contact, manage feedback and issues reported by clients, and coordinate resolutions with product, clinical, and technical teams. .
Resource Management: Allocate resources across projects, address capacity constraints, and recommend additional support as needed.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, such as technical challenges and resource constraints, to protect timelines and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and clients, including project progress, risks, and outcomes. Prepare presentations on lessons learned.
Who You Are:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology / Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have 5+ years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional technical projects, preferably in healthcare.
Proven ability to succeed in start-up and scale-up companies
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts including integration approaches, data interfaces, schemas, etc.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) system integration and health IT interoperability standards is highly preferred.
Proven experience and track record creating operational efficiencies and improvements in order to accelerate project timelines.
You have a strong knowledge of project management tools that can be used to improve transparency and operations
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage client and cross-functional relationships.
Willing to travel 10-20% of the time for client go-live support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of technology and project life-cycles
