The Integration & Automation Architect is responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of the integration fabric and automation layer of the MyCDW platform - the connective tissue that links CDW Managed Services' unified ServiceNow environment with operational systems such as TAPR, SMTAP, and Platform Management, and the AI-driven automation that allows Managed Services to scale operations without scaling team size. What you will do
