Message from the Hiring Manager:

We are seeking a recent MBA graduate (within 2 years) with a strategic and analytical mindset to support M&A integration efforts and drive business optimization initiatives. The role will play a critical part in aligning post-acquisition operations with company goals, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering cross-functionally to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end M&A integration activities, including data analysis, program management, process mapping, and alignment of business functions.
  • Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis to identify risks, and synergies, and to enable grounded decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Clinical, Quality & Regulatory to complete integration plans, streamline workflows, and optimization initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and presentations to monitor and communicate integration and overall performance.
  • Propose and evaluate strategic improvements, including processes and technology.
  • Articulate status updates and performance to Executives.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • MBA with at least 3 years work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Program/project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel , Smartsheet and data visualization tools.
