About the RoleThe Integrated Media Planning Supervisor is a human. Yes, a real human. One who has a relationship with their clients, can translate data into actionable insights and work collaboratively with the team around them. The Integrated Media Supervisor will be a key experimenter, communicator and collaborator with internal personnel, the client team, and creative agency contacts. We are looking for someone with a strong Digital background, though Traditional media experience is a huge plus. Experience in managing local media campaigns is also a huge plus. This role is a hybrid role and will require one day a week attendance in our office in Hollywood.
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience with digital planning and buying
- Digital media experience including SEM, Social Media, Web Analytics, Online Media, Digital Video, Mobile
- Working knowledge of TV, Radio, Print and Outdoor Media
- Familiarity with common media research tools like MRI, Resonate, WARC, etc.
- Tag and pixel management, creative QA, and implementation
- Strong client-facing presentation skills and demonstrated client relationships
- A positive, customer-centric attitude toward work
- Strong working knowledge of the industry and trade, sharing with co-workers and clients
- Experience managing and ensuring the work quality of 2+ people for a year or more and holding junior team members accountable to process
- Proven ability to connect tactics to a media strategy
- Effective communication and presentation skills, and a flair for storytelling
- Proven ability to develop strong professional relationships
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a personal commitment to responsibility, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Strong project management skills with ability to keep work moving on multiple projects simultaneously
- A self-starter with excellent time management and delegation skills
- Represent Exverus professionally with clients
- Foster an environment for growth and learning
- Ensure that deadlines are met, including managing client expectations
- Promote a supportive working environment where new ideas are welcomed
- Focus on problem solving and solutions, guiding the team accordingly
- Ensure the team is regularly informed and updated regarding client needs and strategies
- Manage applicable client budgets
