The Integrated Marketing Manager will develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns, manage initiatives, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic marketing efforts.
Articulate is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns. The Integrated Marketing Manager will plan and coordinate scalable cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, revenue generation, and retention of our core product.
This role will focus on developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to reach new audiences outside the Learning & Development (L&D) industry, under the guidance of the Senior Manager. Additionally, the role will lead quarterly feature release marketing initiatives, ensuring that new product capabilities are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted by the target audiences. This position will also be responsible for planning and executing sponsored events, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maximize brand visibility, generate demand, and drive measurable business impact.
Success in this role will require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on audience targeting and campaign performance. As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you have a deep understanding of full-funnel marketing campaign execution and strategy. You’ll assess current and new marketing initiatives, break them down into clear and actionable campaign briefs, and manage end-to-end execution. You’ll partner with teams across various marketing and creative domains—product marketing, lifecycle, acquisition, web, design, and more—to ensure flawless campaign execution and special project completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, an excellent ability to track multiple concurrent projects, and the drive to learn and grow as a member of a world-class marketing team. The Integrated Marketing Manager will contribute to the success of the Global Integrated Marketing team and report to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing.
What you'll do:
- Manage small- to mid-sized campaign initiatives from end-to-end—from goal-setting and specifying campaign deliverables through delivery and post-launch evaluation
- Develop detailed briefs that support high-growth marketing campaigns and ensure consistent customer experiences
- Partner with marketing peers to coordinate logistics and assist in the development and analysis of deliverables that support campaign deployment
- Contribute to internal communications that educate and inform stakeholders of upcoming initiatives, essential deliverables, and campaign launches
- Evaluate and present integrated marketing campaign effectiveness to marketing leadership, and regularly recommend ways to optimize performance and process
- Work in close collaboration and cross-functionally with teams including Lifecycle, Web, Paid Acquisition, Analytics, Creative, Content, and Product Marketing to develop and maintain a cohesive experience across marketing channels
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team on effective go-to-market feature releases and content marketing launch strategies and campaign timing for optimal success
- Define key metrics and reporting methodologies that will help us understand both the overall effectiveness of campaigns and content as well its influence on pipeline generation
- Partner with reporting and analytics team to build a measurement framework that enables continual campaign optimization and quickly surfaces key insights
- Support marketing peers with collateral, webinar coordination, project tasks, external content provisions, social media content, and more
What you should have:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS marketing organization
- Understanding of standard marketing channels such as email, web, social, and paid
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management, and automation tools
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker, Domo, or similar digital analytics platforms
- Ability to derive insights from marketing data and format it into an executable plan
- Ability and desire to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines with the direction and support of peers
- Outstanding collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and flawless execution
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
