The Integrated Marketing Manager leads cross-functional campaigns, ensuring alignment and execution across marketing disciplines, while managing strategy, execution, and performance metrics.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, execution, and impact. You’ll bring structure to creativity — turning ideas into orchestrated, high-performing campaigns that span product launches, brand moments, webinars, and events.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing, you’ll own key integrated campaigns end to end from strategy through execution, while collaborating closely with another Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure consistency, shared learnings, and scalability across FloQast’s marketing engine.

What You'll Do:
- Own select integrated campaigns from strategy through execution, driving alignment across Product Marketing, Brand, Web, Demand Gen, and Customer Marketing.
- Design campaign strategy by defining objectives, target audiences, positioning, and creative direction in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Manage campaign execution in Asana by building timelines, setting milestones, assigning ownership, and keeping work unblocked and moving forward.
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to ensure assets reflect the campaign narrative and are tailored to each stage of the buyer journey.
- Collaborate across GTM and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent execution, alignment with enablement and pipeline goals, and appropriate localization support for global markets.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to support the localization and execution of global campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and strategy across markets.
- Measure and optimize in partnership with Marketing Ops by establishing KPIs, reviewing performance, and translating insights into actionable next steps.
- Drive visibility and alignment by maintaining campaign briefs, trackers, calendars, and updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and scale best practices across the integrated marketing function.
What You'll Bring:
- 5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or related roles, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution—you love both the why and the how.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Creative, and Sales.
- Strong organizational and communication skills—you bring structure to complexity and clarity to collaboration.
- Familiarity with multi-channel campaign components including paid, web, content, lifecycle, account based experience and events.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect performance metrics to business outcomes.
- Proficiency with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, Salesforce and HubSpot Collaborative, curious, and eager to grow your marketing expertise across the full funnel.
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing to accounting, finance, or operations professionals.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies or product-led growth environments.
- Familiarity with campaign analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce reporting.Experience partnering with regional or international marketing teams to support campaign localization and execution.

The base pay range for this position is $91,000-$137,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
