About the Role

Join our fast-growing beauty brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding marketing team. We are looking for a savvy, passionate Integrated Marketing Manager who is excited about clean beauty, sustainability, and the art of storytelling across channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for creating holistic, 360° marketing campaigns that connect brand, product, and retail moments seamlessly. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment and shares our commitment to wellness, in both our products and our workplace.

This role is hybrid, with the expectation to work in-office at least one day per week at our Venice, California headquarters. 

Key Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with the VP of Marketing, build and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns that align brand and product campaigns creative with commercial calendars and deliver against key business goals.
  • Own the omnichannel marketing calendar, syncing campaigns, promotions, and retail activations across all channels including DTC and retail. 
  • Partner closely with Sales and E-Commerce to harmonize messaging, pricing, and promotional strategies for cohesive consumer experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning for new product launches, ensuring alignment across Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent campaign storytelling across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental communication to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or CPG.
  • Proven experience building omnichannel campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversion.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the intersection between creative storytelling and commercial strategy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 per year. The actual salary offer will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
