Job Summary
The Integrated Marketing Manager drives growth by coordinating the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role ensures alignment across internal and external teams, manages campaign timelines, and maintains visibility into deliverables across digital and traditional channels, including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and more. While not responsible for individual channel strategy, this role partners closely with channel owners to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns. Ideal candidates are highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at managing complex workflows to ensure campaigns launch efficiently and effectively.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Strategic Input & Growth Focus
- Own the integrated campaign calendar, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights that inform overarching campaign concepts and messaging.
- Contribute to strategic planning by identifying opportunities for integrated campaign themes that align with business goals.
- Support innovation by coordinating with channel owners as they test into new modalities (e.g., AI tools, video marketing).
Project Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end campaign development from brief through execution, ensuring timely delivery across marketing channels..
- Manage detailed project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and status updates to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
- Contribute to post-campaign reviews and knowledge sharing to inform future initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams (creative, digital, analytics, channel owners, compliance). Potential for coordination with some external teams, as well (agencies, vendors).
- Partner with analytics team and channel owners to monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets follow briefs, meet channel specifications and adhere to brand standards.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to support refinement and finalization of deliverables.
- Act as a quality control checkpoint to ensure consistency and cohesion across campaign elements.
Process Optimization & Organization
- Develop and refine workflows to improve campaign efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Implement tools and systems to enhance visibility into campaign progress and channel performance.
- Share learnings, best practices, and feedback to support continuous improvement across the team.
Maintain organized documentation of campaign briefs, assets, timelines, and results.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Experience with (or willingness to learn) technical project management tools like Monday.com.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and customer experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Working Conditions:
Professional office environment. Working inside. Standing and sitting. No heavy lifting over 20 lbs.
