Job Description:

The Integrated Client Lead for the respective client(s) is directly responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client work across all dentsu brands globally. This includes creating a collaborative culture, integrating capabilities, identifying new capabilities, leveraging dentsu relationships, and driving revenue and profit growth.

You will report to the SVP, Gaming Agency Services.

Overview:

Dentsu Gaming combines 122 years of media and advertising expertise with world-class gaming capabilities. This global solution offers strategy, activation, and original IP development for brands looking to engage with the largest and most engaged form of entertainment in the world – gaming.

The dentsu Gaming team is comprised of three distinct business lines:

- Gaming Agency Services: Working with brands like Kellogg's, Heineken, and Microsoft.

- Games Development & Publishing: Creating and publishing games.

- Gaming Products: Developing solutions for the dentsu network focused on gaming and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategic vision for the client and our relationship with dentsu.

  • Deliver on that vision across dentsu teams.

  • Manage integrated P&L – both revenue and profit growth.

  • Educate, influence, and interact with dentsu business leaders.

  • Understand clients' marketing challenges and engage them on broader issues and opportunities.

  • Act as an ambassador of collaboration, embodying dentsu's values.

  • Lead with cultural sensitivity and understanding in different businesses and markets.

  • Manage multiple relationships in a matrixed environment, creating solutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

  • Promote the business internally and externally, encouraging team activity in the industry.

  • Attract, develop, and retain talent as part of implementing a talent strategy for the dentsu client team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading and driving growth and teams.

  • Experience leading a complex regional or global client with multiple SOWs.

  • Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player.

  • Experienced marketing leader with a proven track record.

  • Versed in leading change in complex organizations and implementing new operating models.

  • Decisive with a “big picture” perspective.

Additional Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $136,850 - $182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
