This is not a typical Insurance Sales Manager role. At ERB, you will build, lead, and scale your own sales team within a proven system.

How It Works
  • Build or bring 10+ sales agents
  • We provide confirmed enrollments (no prospecting)
  • You manage performance and schedules
  • You earn through team production (override)
Requirements
  • Insurance Work Experience
  • Success Metrics (after 90 days)
  • A Life and Health Insurance License is a mandatory
