Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney - Fresno, California - Remote

Manage insurance defense litigation matters remotely from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents; taking and defending depositions; attending hearings, mediations, and arbitrations; evaluating liability and damages; reporting to clients; and preparing cases for settlement, trial, or appeal. The role requires California Bar admission and recent insurance defense experience, with exposure to areas such as construction defect, toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, transportation, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and employment defense.

Job duties:
Work remote.
- Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
- Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
Required:
· CA Bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
