Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters and insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.

Job duties:
 
Work remote.
 
  • Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
  • Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
 
 
 
Required:
