This role is suited for insurance professionals who are eager to build on their sales expertise, cultivate meaningful client partnerships, and advance their careers within the Farmers Insurance network.
As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying client needs and delivering comprehensive insurance solutions, while learning advanced sales tactics and business development skills in a supportive agency environment.
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Conduct needs-based insurance reviews to recommend suitable coverage
Present and sell a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
Foster and maintain lasting client relationships through responsive service
Track sales activities, follow up on leads, and manage renewals with CRM software
Remain compliant with state and company regulations
1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production required)
Active California Property & Casualty License
Life & Health License or willingness to obtain post-hire
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong organizational skills and initiative
Consistent track record of meeting sales goals
