What You’ll Do

As an Instructional Services Partnership Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding EdOptions Academy’s reach and impact. You’ll manage a defined territory, build lasting relationships, and deliver innovative solutions to educators and students.

In this role you will:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through strategic networking and outreach
  • Grow and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and account expansion
  • Execute the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with autonomy and expertise
  • Stay ahead of market trends, funding options, and product enhancements to position Edmentum solutions competitively
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that inspire confidence in our products
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve territory objectives
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in all sales processes, leveraging CRM tools for tracking and forecasting
Who You Are
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • You have experience selling into government and/or education verticals
  • You have a background in software, hardware, or high-tech sales
  • You are an excellent communicator and presenter
  • You are proficient with business tools and technical product demonstrations
  • You are a consultative seller who translates customer needs into solutions
  • You are customer-focused and build strong relationships
  • You are knowledgeable about industry, market, and competition
  • You are able to travel up to 50% as needed
  • You demonstrate integrity, ethics, and a commitment to Edmentum’s mission
  • You foster inclusion and cross-functional collaboration
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Variable ~90K uncapped

Pay range for this role:
$85,000$90,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
