LastPass is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager:

This hybrid role blends instructional design expertise with sales enablement strategy to build programs that drive measurable performance outcomes. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences, from e-learning modules to live facilitation, that equip sales teams with the knowledge and confidence to engage customers and close deals effectively.

About the team:

The Sales Enablement team drives sales excellence by building the skills, knowledge, and tools that help our sales teams consistently perform at their best. We partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver thoughtful, scalable training that keeps teams sharp, aligned, and ready to win in a competitive market.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Who will you work with?

You will work alongside global sales teams, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and individual contributors to understand performance gaps and co-create content that resonates, and engage directly with learners to ensure training translates into real results.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Design and develop multi-modal learning experiences—including ILT, VILT, e-learning modules, and reference guides—tailored to sales teams at varying levels of experience and tenure
  • Build and manage a structured sales enablement program that supports onboarding, product launches, and ongoing skill development across the sales organization
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to translate product updates, competitive changes, and market shifts into clear, actionable training content
  • Track and report on learner engagement, training completion, and program effectiveness, using data and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, coordinating logistics and ensuring every session is focused, engaging, and outcome-driven
  • Manage and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping materials organised, current, and easily accessible
  • Identify performance gaps and design targeted solutions that directly improve sales readiness, product knowledge, and revenue impact

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven experience in instructional design and sales enablement, with a demonstrated ability to build and deliver training programs for sales audiences in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Strong proficiency with instructional design tools and platforms, including LMS systems, e-learning authoring tools, Canva, and Microsoft and Google Workspace
  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales processes, with the ability to translate complex product information into clear, compelling, and memorable training content
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence facilitating sessions for both small and large groups and adapting delivery to different audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, cross-functional mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and align stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps and taking initiative to drive training impact.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
