Title : Instructional Designer II
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 Months with possibility of extending
Pay Rate : $60-$65/hr 
Key Responsibilities
•    Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to develop high-impact sales training content grounded in real AM workflows
•    Author, edit, and review enablement content ensuring accuracy and clarity.
•    Manage project level enablement operations — maintain system hygiene, track certifications, update learning repositories, and manage translation and version control processes.
•    Measure program effectiveness using sales performance data, learner feedback, and adoption analytics; synthesize insights to drive continuous improvement.
•    Support virtual and live facilitation where needed, fostering interactive learning, peer exchange, and the practical application of selling skills
Required Qualifications
•    2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning Design, or Sales Training, ideally with exposure to direct selling or AM roles.
•    Formal education, certification, or training in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Learning Experience Design and the ability to create programs that drive skill application and behavior change
•    Proven success building or facilitating sales training for expansion-focused teams
•    Strong project management skills, capable of organizing multiple initiatives concurrently
•    Language fluency (read, write, speak, and review content) in at least one of the following: Spanish (LATAM), German, French (European), Japanese, or Taiwanese
•    Ability to adapt content and facilitation styles for culturally diverse or region-specific audiences
•    Experience using learning analytics or performance metrics to evaluate and iterate on program effectiveness
•    Proficiency with learning design tools and systems, such as Rise, Seismic, Articulate, Captivate, or Figma, and presentation tools like Google Slides
Preferred Qualifications
•    Excellent communicator with presence and credibility among sales audiences.
•    Background in GTM or revenue enablement within high-growth, fast-paced environments.
•    Experience as a former Account Manager or client success professional
