Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems? MyCorporation by Deluxe is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to close sales through meaningful conversations.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients who have previously connected with MyCorporation by Deluxe. Your mission is to understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, and ensure a smooth and accurate order process.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective clients
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
- Recommend MyCorporation by Deluxe services and close sales with accuracy
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
- Manage customer accounts and track sales conversions
- Use phone, email, and social media to maintain relationships and build a strong pipeline
- Accurately document customer interactions and confirm order details
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years of related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
