The Logitech for Business (L4B) Inside Sales Specialist is a critical role supporting our Global, Enterprise, and Public Sector sales teams. You will work closely with field sales representatives to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and execute sales strategies within a specific set of named and territory whitespace accounts. This role combines strategic thinking, customer engagement, and operational excellence to uncover opportunities, nurture relationships, and close deals that contribute to Logitech’s success.

Pipeline Development and Revenue Growth:
Engage with potential clients in Global/Enterprise or Public Sector named and whitespace accounts to uncover opportunities, drive pipeline, and generate revenue, as directed by supported field reps.
Execute outbound campaigns, alongside of the assigned BDR, using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms to prospect and generate leads in named and whitespace accounts.
Sales Execution and Opportunity Management:
Manage and nurture assigned pipeline opportunities, including net new, cross sale or run rate deals as directed by the field reps you support.
Triage and qualify deal registrations, ensuring compliance with requirements and converting them into actionable opportunities - driving end to end sales for deal registrations as directed by the field reps you support.
Customer Support:
Provide customer support, including quoting, order processing, tracking, returns, and resolving customer satisfaction (CSAT) issues as directed by the field reps you support.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning Logitech’s solutions to address their challenges.
Educate customers on Logitech’s product portfolio, including Unified Communications, video collaboration, and workspace solutions.
Inform customers of promotions, upgrades, and extended product offerings, persuading them to adopt additional solutions.
Drive attendance and awareness for sales and marketing events through targeted communication with prospects, customers, and partners.
Collaboration and Strategy Alignment:
Partner closely with field sales reps, marketing, and channel teams to align on account strategies and execution plans.
Consistently meet or exceed metrics for outbound calls, pipeline growth, and closed-won revenue.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Experience in inside sales, sales development, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to customer needs and tie in promotional campaigns or upgrades.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Unified Communications, video collaboration tools, and workspace solutions. Experience with Logitech products is a plus.
Sales Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement platforms.
Persuasive Selling: Ability to build rapport, present value propositions, and close deals across Logitech’s product portfolio.
Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn with a strong desire to grow a career in sales.
Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of activities across multiple platforms while meeting deadlines and quotas.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

This position offers an OTE of typically between $ 65K and $ 131K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
