Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and setting up meetings for our account executives. You'll play a critical role in driving growth by connecting potential clients with our SAP and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential customers.

  • Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing and sales campaigns.

  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach strategies.

Lead Qualification

  • Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads.

  • Ask discovery questions to understand customer pain points and business needs.

  • Identify the right stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.

Sales Engagement & Outreach

  • Schedule introductory meetings for account executives or field sales teams.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of RTS’s SAP and IT solutions.

  • Handle initial objections and provide basic product/service information.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Log all sales activities (calls, emails, meetings) in the CRM system.

  • Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Maintain an organized pipeline to hit key performance metrics.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams

  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to refine outreach strategies.

  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.

  • Support sales campaigns, webinars, and events by driving attendance and interest.

Performance & Metrics

  • Achieve daily/weekly call and email targets.

  • Meet lead qualification and meeting-set quotas.

  • Continuously improve sales skills through coaching and training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or business development experience; experience in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software sales is a plus.

  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • Understanding of SAP solutions or enterprise technology is a bonus.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving sales environment.

  • Must be located in or near Dallas, TX.
