As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in IT asset management, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the ITAM space. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and building relationships with new and potential clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with experience in technology sales and a passion for helping businesses streamline their IT asset management processes.
Essential Duties
- Support an existing customer base with all quotes to cash process components.
- Work with the AE on joint accounts to maximize partner potential.
- Be the main POC for all tactical customer requirements.
- Build rapport with your internal and external customers with the goal of providing the best service possible.
- Look for opportunities to expand on the service offering provided to our customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through, lead generation campaigns, email outreach, and inbound inquiries.
- Execute on all order management elements required
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients on ComputerCare’s offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored ITAM solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and ITAM best practices.
- Up to 15% travel might be required.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or IT Asset Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Knowledge of ITAM, software asset management (SAM), or related IT services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
