- Develop customized proposals that address client needs and align with their business objectives.
- Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of leads through the sales funnel.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, update lead information, and generate reports on sales activities and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Aesthetix CRM solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role; experience in SaaS or CRM sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
