The Inside Sales Representative will connect with prospective students, assist with enrollment, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Your persuasive skills and passion for helping others will be the driving force behind securing new enrollments and guiding individuals towards achieving their desired designations/certifications.
What You'll Do
- Assist with sales and service calls, emails, and tickets across the ecosystems brands as required by volume and at the direction of the team lead to hit sales and business goals/quotas.
- Provide application review as well as application processing services to enrolled students in a timely and effective manner at the discretion of the team lead.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer centric relationships through partnering with customers/students to understand their needs and objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the product portfolio, including our unique competitive advantages and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge, address customer concerns, and handle objections.
- Work collaboratively with the team to continue to grow and expand the business into new areas, products, and services across brands and states through regular training and feedback.
- Maintain tracking log for visibility across sales and Applicant Processing Service and utilize required platform for pipeline management (HubSpot/SharePoint).
- Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands and accounts, taking ownership of your performance and results.
- Follow protocol for sales and service and expressed in onboarding training and/or through team lead.
- Work together with current sales rep in office to ensure alignment on process and procedure.
- Complete product, platform, and brand training and onboard within first week.
- Work with students from past sales to maintain strong relationships.
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience is required.
- Must be proficient with technology and have the ability to learn new applications.
- Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections.
- Excellent presentation skills and customer service oriented.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
