Generates leads and closes sales for Laborie’s gastrointestinal product portfolio. The role qualifies leads, supports field sales with quoting and administrative tasks, manages government bids, assists with marketing initiatives, responds to customer inquiries, analyzes customer information, and prepares reports. The representative must learn medical product applications, understand the competitive landscape, communicate effectively, and help the sales team meet revenue goals.

Who We’re Looking For:
As a member of the GI team, looking for someone to help market, promote and sell Laborie products and services. This position focuses on lead generation, negotiating, and closing GI product sales. This position assists in dispersing sales leads, supporting the sales team, and assisting customers who call or email with questions. This position also assists in various marketing projects and administrative duties.
About the Role:
- Meet objectives of assigned lead generation and sales goals for GI portfolio.
- Disseminate and help qualify leads from conferences, web and phone calls to the sales team.
- Support field sales with administrative tasks as needed such as quoting.
- Help manage and follow up with government quotes and bids.
- Focus on specific marketing initiatives as communicated by sales leadership.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Organize and analyze customer and prospective customer information.
- Complete reports and projects on time and accurately.
- Become knowledgeable on the Laborie product line to communicate effectively with customers and understand the competitive landscape.
- Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests.
- Respond to requests from manager and other Laborie team members in a timely fashion.
- Help sales team reach overall sales goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University education or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn products and basic clinical applications of Laborie product offerings.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
