Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager propels revenue by engaging our existing customers, processing add-on orders, and leveraging upsell opportunities. Drive growth with compelling presentations and end-to-end deal management, collaborating with client success teams to ensure seamless hosted solution transitions. Active listening, problem-solving and data-driven insights fuel effective communication across all levels, including senior leadership.

Essential Functions
- In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Identify & Develop: Uncover and close sales opportunities within the existing customer base, driving growth and expansion.
- Engage & Present: Deliver in-depth presentations and demos of add-on products to secure new deals.
- Forecast & Review: Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
- Manage Sales Cycle: Steer inside sales deals from proposal to close in line with company standards.
- Negotiate Proactively: Issue proposals, quote prices, and negotiate final terms within established guidelines.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with client success and account management teams to enhance outbound strategies.
- Account Analysis: Conduct reviews with the client success team to pinpoint additional sales opportunities.
- Lead Follow-up: Pursue marketing-generated leads to develop and finalize inside sales.
- Trade Show Representation: Attend trade shows to generate interest, capture leads, and close business.
- Transition Facilitation: Collaborate on transitioning clients to our hosted solution per internal procedures.
- Communication: Clearly escalate non-revenue customer issues to the appropriate teams.
- Sales Execution: Oversee all aspects of selling additional workstations and cloud conversion services
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
Minimum Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: At least 3 years in inside sales with a solid record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Working Environments/Physical Demand
- Nextech operates as a remote work organization
- Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
- Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 10% travel.
