This position is a non-exempt hourly and performance-based commission. The hourly is set at $16.50 an hour with uncapped commissions. All commission structures and earning plans are provided in a written agreement, as required by California law. This position is designated in-office, located in Irvine, CA. Must be willing to commute to the office Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are voluntary once training is complete.
