Our client is looking for a motivated and articulate Inside Sales Associate to join their dynamic team on a part-time, remote basis. This company is a recognized leader in the real estate technology sector, having achieved significant market growth and industry awards in recent years. In this role, you will be a key player in driving their growth by managing and qualifying leads across three critical pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound seller leads, creating value and preparing them for hand off to closing agents.

  • Nurture and qualify buyer/investor leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team.

  • Screen and qualify potential agent candidates from job boards and conduct outbound outreach to agents in target markets.

  • Conduct persistent and professional follow-ups via phone and email.

  • Manage and update all lead and candidate interactions meticulously within their CRM system.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate handoffs efficiently.

Requirements
  • Must be located in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (9 AM - 5 PM).

  • Part-time commitment of a minimum of 20 hours per week to start.

  • Must have your own reliable computer and internet connection. Their security software can be installed with advance notice.

Qualifications

  • A sales-forward personality: ambitious, outgoing, persistent, and confident making outbound calls.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. (A clear accent is acceptable; comprehension is key.)

  • Prior experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred. Experience with Lever (or a similar Talent Management System) is a plus.

  • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and comfort learning new software quickly.

Benefits
  • This is a 100% remote, part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate.

  • Flexible work-from-home arrangement.

  • Opportunity to work with a leading company in its industry.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
