Main purpose of the Influencer Specialist role:

Supports the execution of influencer and ambassador programs, managing gifting, campaigns, and partnership outreach to drive brand awareness and growth. This role tracks campaign performance and monitors emerging trends to continuously optimize partnership strategies.


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Execute the monthly gifting strategy and budget for top-performing influencers and brand ambassadors to support loyalty, content output, and program value 
  • Monitor and identify new social opportunities, including emerging platforms, content trends, and program innovations, to support network growth 
  • Research, pitch, and assist in negotiating partnerships with high-impact influencers to increase brand reach and engagement 
  • Support end-to-end execution of paid influencer campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives 
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, sharing insights to help inform future partnership strategies
  • Support with overall Influencer & Talent initiatives such as digital campaigns and in-person events/activations

  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and using insights to optimize strategy
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator trends, and affiliate/creator economy tools
  • Experience pitching, negotiating, and understanding of legal terms for contracts


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing/Communications preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or ambassador program management
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, managing, and optimizing relationships with influencers or brand ambassador
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy
  • Experience in budget management and planning
  • Experience reviewing and managing contracts and legal terms within influencer or partnership agreements
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines and influencer disclosure requirements, ensuring all partnerships and content meet compliance standards
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms or tracking tools (e.g., LTK, ShopMy) to support revenue tracking and optimization


Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Suite, Excel
  • Social platforms such as Creator IQ, Tribe Dynamics
