The Team or Role:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Tinder, you’ll play a key role in executing our influencer strategy across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Social, you’ll help identify, engage, and manage relationships with creators who can authentically represent the brand and spark meaningful conversations within the US. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual with a strong pulse on trending creators, internet culture, and the evolving influencer landscape.
In this role, you will:
- Manage campaigns and projects end-to-end—from strategic planning through execution—overseeing creative ideation and approvals, asset development and delivery, stakeholder feedback, and timely completion of all campaign milestones.
- Lead the organic and paid influencer social content strategy to cultivate conversation and generate earned media around the Tinder brand and key initiatives.
- Actively cultivate relationships with on-brand influencers and industry contacts, enhancing and diversifying the Tinder influencer community.
- Assist in the development and management of Influencer Marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic plans within the US.
- Oversee external agencies to ensure Tinder delivers best-in-class influencer campaigns, from creative production to audience engagement.
- Act as a key point of contact for influencer partners, managing day-to-day communications, relationship development, and fulfillment of partnership obligations.
- Be a collaborative and engaged cross-functional partner—working closely with teams including Marketing, Comms/PR, Creative, Media,, and Legal.
- Develop and deliver campaign presentations and regular updates that clearly communicate status, insights, and performance to stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify and pitch new opportunities to strengthen our influencer and celebrity collaborations—ensuring we maximize value and impact through authentic engagement with their fanbases.
- Regularly evaluate campaign performance, applying a strong understanding of social and performance metrics to generate postmortem reports and guide strategic optimizations for future efforts.
You’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience across influencer marketing, social media marketing, and talent relations
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, outreach, reviewing, negotiating, and managing influencer and talent contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, brand, and campaign requirements.
- A proven and deep understanding of the social media landscape, platform standard methodologies and consumer behaviors
- Excellent judgment and partner management when working with influencers, celebrities, their representation (agents, managers, publicists) and internal stakeholders
- Vast knowledge of influencer marketing including trends in the evolving business environment and the data and social metrics needed to demonstrate campaign success
- Great time management skills, organization skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to switch between creative projects and analytical/strategic projects with ease
- Track record of consistently measuring important metrics and KPIs against broader business objectives; understands how to leverage data to uncover new opportunities and insights
- Strong negotiation skills

- Experience with media amplification strategies to support influencer content
- Experience working on social media asset production, commercial and digital production shoots, marketing partnerships, and events
