To continue to grow, accelerate and scale our social channels + community footprint we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support in managing our influencer programming, day to day agency comms around campaign management, weekly reporting, seeding and driving broader awareness for the brand via meaningful influencer relationships and content.What You'll Do
- Support in execution of influencer marketing campaigns from seasonal inception to completion that ladders back to brand objectives and overall goals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to build robust campaign strategies that align with marketing roadmap
- Track KPIs to measure success of influencer programming delivering actionable insights and recommendation for continued improvement
- Create strong cross functional relationships across the organization to ensure influencer content supports larger brand ecosystem
- Manage iInfluencer programming, including , day- to- day agency management to drive campaign strategy, meet meeting timelines, overseeing content approvals , and reporting to drive overall brand awareness and engagement.
- Remain up- to- date on trending content, conversations, news, cultural events and emerging social formats
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 4-6+ years of marketing experience with brand/agency-side around influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders
- Experience working with / managing agencies and internal partners
- Experience with tracking, collecting, analyzing data
- Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines to support business needs / social trends
- Proactive problem solver
