Job Description

Fabletics is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator

How Do You Fit In?                     

As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of the Fabletics, Womens’ paid influencer program, to further the success, growth, evolution and performance of the program. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for talent sourcing, influencer relationship management, program execution, and admin support, industry research, inventory management and product seeding support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be hyper-organized and can effectively manage multiple priority tasks at a time.

You will report to the Sr Manager, Influencer Marketing and partner closely with all cross-functional Marketing teams (social media, content, paid media, creative, etc.).

What you can bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree; emphasis in communications, marketing or public relations preferred

  • 1-2 years of full-time experience in PR, marketing or influencer relations and/or 2 years of internship experience

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

  • A positive, high-energy team player who possesses excellent organization and project management skills

  • Solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to work on multiple projects at a time and quickly pivot based on brand needs

  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and understanding of social media platforms

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation. 

Nice to have:

  • Experience executing influencer campaigns across social media (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

What you will do:

  • Identify and engage on-brand influencers to expand and optimize our influencer program.

  • Oversee day-to-day communication with influencer and agency partners, ensuring prompt and effective responses to all inquiries and requests.

  • Review and approve influencer content, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our brand guidelines.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments to influencers.

  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, social media, paid media, and creative, to ensure the strategic and cohesive utilization of influencer content.

  • Assist internal teams with influencer-related projects and initiatives.

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing to create content lookbooks and directional collateral, helping influencers fulfill their contractual obligations.

  • Share creative content ideas and inspiration with internal teams and partners to enhance our campaigns.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, gathering key insights to strengthen our partnership programs.

The hourly range for this position is from $26.00-$28.37/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
