Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Influencer Coordinator to coordinate all micro-influencer programming. This role will manage our creator management platform, coordinate product seeding, track content, and help execute programs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
This full-time role is based in our West Hollywood office and reports to the Manager, Influencer (Earned.)

Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Influencer Coordinator to coordinate all micro-influencer programming. This role will manage our creator management platform, coordinate product seeding, track content, and help execute programs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
This full-time role is based in our West Hollywood office and reports to the Manager, Influencer (Earned.)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Micro-Influencer Program
- Identify, vet, and manage a community of micro-creators aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate ongoing seeding, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
- Maintain up-to-date influencer lists, gifting logs, and content trackers.
- Manage Micro Program
- Serve as the primary owner for sourcing, outreach, gifting workflows, deliverables, and reporting.
- Keep all creator records, statuses, and campaign data organized and current.
- Product Seeding & Logistics
- Coordinate all product shipments for evergreen gifting and launch moments.
- Track deliveries, confirm receipt, and maintain a well-organized gifting closet.
- Earned Influencer Initiatives
- Support all earned efforts including unpaid partnerships, organic outreach, and gifting strategies.
- Monitor organic creator posts and flag strong earned content for potential deepening of relationships.
- Content Tracking & Reporting
- Track influencer posts, engagement, and sentiment across platforms.
- Help pull results and compile recap reports for launches and hero campaigns
- Cross-Functional Support
- Share influencer content and insights with Social, Brand, and Consumer Engagement teams.
- Assist with content organization for reposting, internal reviews, and campaign planning.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related roles (beauty strongly preferred).
- Experience using influencer tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for beauty, social trends, and emerging creators.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Salary Range Opportunity:
- The hiring range for this role is $70,304-75,000
