- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
- Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
The Financial Services & Insurance Industry Leader will help drive the rapid growth and success of CrossVue's healthcare business. This role involves working closely with the CrossVue leadership team and reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Services & Insurance Industry Strategy:
Scale FSI client services across strategy, implementation, and ongoing support.
Develop and manage executive client relationships.
Develop and manage Workday FSI relationships.
Propose creative solutions for FSI clients' operations, processes, and technologies.
Propose new services, partnerships, offerings, products, and technologies to meet FSI clients' requirements.
Business Development:
Identify new revenue and growth opportunities through a professional network to drive new leads and accounts for CrossVue.
Drive and help close opportunities in concert with delivery leaders and sales executives.
Upsell, cross-sell, and convert new business across services: transformation, implementation, and ongoing support.
Work closely with the industry leadership team, marketing, and alliance teams to develop and execute successful Go-To-Market strategies.
Contribute to Workday marketing efforts such as thought leadership, attending conferences, speaking opportunities, events, and networking.
Service Delivery:
Ability to act as an Executive Sponsor, providing oversight and guidance to project team members.
Serve as an escalation point to address and mitigate issues as they arise in the delivery of client projects
Provide guidance, support, and vision to clients and partners participating in project steering committees
This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the growth and success of CrossVue's FSI businesses. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years experience in the financial services and insurance industry, including a deep understanding of FSI operations, processes, and technologies.
Proven track record of leading complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Active Workday certification(s) in one or more areas coupled with project implementation, support, and client delivery experience exceeding 5 years
Experience in developing and managing executive client relationships.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to propose creative solutions, and technology investments, for FSI clients' operations, processes, and technologies.
Business development skills, including identifying new revenue and growth opportunities.
Education:
A relevant degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.

A Note on Travel: Our approach to travel is different. Instead of the traditional Monday-Thursday grind, we thoughtfully schedule on-site client visits based on project needs and team well-being. Expect travel for this position to range from 25-30%, occasionally reaching up to 50% for critical project phases.
