What You'll Do:

Munchkin’s Product Design Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to a career in the consumer products industry. Munchkin develops innovative, modern, and credible products for babies and children that make parents' lives easier and more enjoyable by thinking of "the little things." We are looking for interns to join our creative Product Design Team in Van Nuys, CA. This is a real design job, working on real products. You will be able to see your product designs in retail stores.

This position will be involved in generating concepts, problem solving and styling of new products. Quick sketching, mockups, 3D modeling, preparing presentation boards and corresponding with overseas operations are just some of the responsibilities of this position.

Bring it!                                                                         

  • Should be proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, SolidWorks and Keyshot
  • Knowledge and understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI)
  • Experience in product development with integrated technology/IoT
  • Must be able to work on-site in Van Nuys, CA
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Munchkin
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people of all levels and ability to function in a team environment
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
