Inbound Sales Closer – Tax Relief

Guardian Tax is seeking ambitious sales professionals who know how to build trust, guide conversations, and help clients find the right solution. If you're driven, enjoy working in a performance-based environment, and are looking for strong earning potential, this could be a great fit.

As an Inbound Sales Closer, you'll work with individuals actively seeking help with IRS and tax debt issues. Every lead is inbound—no cold calling. Your role is to understand each client's situation, present the right solution, and confidently guide them toward the best path forward.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief services
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
  • Assess financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Address concerns and guide clients toward a decision
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals
Compensation & Benefits
  • 15% commission on closed deals
  • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
  • Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of phone-based sales experience required

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
