Cordance is seeking an Implementation Manager for WebPresented who will be a key partner on the Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized problem solver who can manage software implementations, guide customers through onboarding, and ensure successful deployments. The Implementation Manager will lead projects, collaborate with internal teams, and drive product adoption to maximize customer success. 

This is a fully remote role; all candidates must be based in the US. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the implementation of WebPresented’s software for new and existing customers. 
  • Oversee data migrations, conversions, and additional product deployments. 
  • Define and control project scope, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery. 
  • Provide regular and detailed project updates, highlighting risks, milestones, and technical blockers. 
  • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and best practices. 
  • Drive product adoption by educating users on features and configurations. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless implementation process. 
  • Transition customers to Support and Customer Success post-implementation. 
  • Lead project meetings and enforce accountability for assigned tasks. 
  • Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as project management, implementation, or onboarding, with direct responsibility for deploying Cloud-based or SaaS software products. 
  • Experience in documenting and promoting best practices to enhance software adoption. 
  • Basic knowledge of databases, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, along with familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and align stakeholders at all levels of an organization. 
  • Ability and eagerness to quickly learn our software at both a functional and technical level. 
  • Strong attention to detail without sacrificing efficiency when managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to balance business objectives with customer needs. 
  • A strong sense of accountability, ownership, and a focus on delivering measurable results.
