Job Requirements:
  • Maintain and process employee data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Key new hire information, personnel changes, payroll updates, direct deposits, and employment status changes
  • Coordinate payroll change reporting
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire processing and orientation preparation
  • Administer employment eligibility verification (I-9) compliance
  • Monitor employee licenses, certifications, and required training completion
  • Generate workforce, compliance, and HR reports
  • Maintain performance review records and provide reporting support
  • Coordinate employee separation processes and related documentation
  • Respond to HRIS, payroll, and employment-related inquiries
  • Provide guidance regarding HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience or 5 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting HRIS systems; Lawson experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $26.00/hr. - $32.00/hr.    #L1-CS1
