Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Duties: The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absences, and compliance with labor laws.

Location: This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses, occasional travel outside area.

Schedule: Full-Time 

Qualifications:

  1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/ Employee Relations.
  3. A basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including but not limited to wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences.
  4. HR Certification preferred.
  5. Investigation Certification preferred.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$110,000$140,000 USD
