Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as an HR Business Partner!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for production and professional roles
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact, supporting employee relations, performance management, and HR inquiries
  • Partner with managers to address performance issues, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage HR processes such as performance reviews, merit increases, and salary analysis
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns while ensuring proper documentation and escalation
  • Maintain HRIS records, support payroll/timekeeping processes, and deliver HR training as needed

What You Need:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field with 3 - 5 years of direct HR experience
  • Strong background in talent acquisition and experience supporting multiple business units
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools such as ADP, Microsoft Teams, and Deltek (Workday, Power BI, and AI tools are a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
