Now, we’re seeking a passionate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to help drive our people strategy and champion our culture across the Western United States.

As the HRBP for the Western U.S., you’ll be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders and team members alike. This role is more than HR operations; it’s about influencing the trajectory of our business through people. You’ll collaborate directly with the Chief People Officer, senior executives, and regional leadership to design strategies that fuel growth, develop top talent, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Strategy: Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Be the People Expert: Advise on talent management, labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and compliance across multiple states.
  • Champion Culture: Promote engagement, career development, and leadership capability building that strengthen Go Rentals’ values.
  • Make Data Matter: Use HR analytics to identify trends, guide decisions, and elevate performance.
  • Lead Change: Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence—Benefits, Compensation, Training, and Payroll—ensuring seamless program delivery.
  • Stay Connected: Travel frequently to support field teams, strengthen partnerships, and represent HR at industry events.

QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting multi-state operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in Western states (California, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington state experience required).
  • Experience supporting large, dispersed workforces across multiple locations and functions.
  • Able and available to support operations that are open 7 days a week, including holidays and after hours.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License with an impeccable driving history.
  • Adherence to residency requirements facilitating work in the United States.
  • Provide proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability. 

*Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate organizational needs into HR solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders and employees.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, employee relations, and change management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom, Workday, or similar systems is a plus.
