At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food to help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery, changing the game whether they’re first-time entrepreneurs or established quick-service restaurant chains.

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team. In this role, you will support the Business Unit Leader and partner closely with other senior leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that strengthen culture, elevate performance, and enable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Talent Management: Partner with hiring managers and business unit leaders to identify workforce planning needs, talent strategy, and development. Collaborate with managers to create career development plans for employees, supporting their professional growth and succession planning.

  • Performance Management: Support performance evaluation processes, provide guidance and coaching on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans. Coach managers on performance-related issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Organizational Development: Assess organizational needs and provide recommendations for enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and effectiveness. Collaborate on change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.

  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances, conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Promote a positive work environment by fostering effective communication and conflict resolution.

  • HR Policy and Compliance: Stay updated with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.

  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience: 10–15 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 7–10 years in HR business partnering within high-growth US-based companies.
  • Proven expertise across strategic HR planning, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced, scaling environments. Preferred industries include real estate, tech and operations-heavy businesses.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data for insights and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
