We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, HR Technology to join Snap Inc! As a member of the People Tech team, you will supervise the day-to-day activities of our HR Information Systems. Working from our Santa Monica, CA headquarters/office, you’ll collaborate with the HR, IT, Analytics, and Leadership Teams to design and develop user-friendly processes, and guidelines.
What you’ll do:
Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS
Maintain data integrity in systems by regular audits
Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation
Lead all aspects of system upgrades & additions
Ensure all HR-related systems stays in sync with data protection laws
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
HRIS/Workday experience at a fast paced, high growth company
Strong detail-orientation with an emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture and build broad-based solutions
Demonstrated track record to advise, manage and influence senior leadership verbally and in writing
A passion for automating systems & guiding teams to streamline their workflows
Effective relationship manager with colleagues, subordinates and 3rd parties
Advanced Workday training in HCM, reporting, business process and security highly desired
Strong analytical skills required
Strong detailed and conceptual thinking skills to analyze sophisticated problems and propose solutions despite technical and operational constraints
Skilled in presenting complex analytical solutions to HR and other partners
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
7+ years experience working in HR Technology or relevant field
3+ years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday certification (i.e., Core HCM, Reporting, Payroll, etc.)
Significant project management experience related to implementation of new, complex programs, systems and/or processes
