Who we're seeking:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will join an expanding People Team in our Long Beach office. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to the overall success of a hyper-growth startup. In this role, you will interact with recruiters, hiring managers, and potential candidates and applicants. You will contribute to the overall success of the talent team by creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

What you'll do:

• Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate candidate travel, accommodations, and reimbursement
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting system (we use Greenhouse)
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
• Keep a high level of confidentiality at all times

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2+ years of Coordinator or Administration experience
• Self-starter with a great work ethic
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Proficient in Social Networking applications, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse is a plus
