What you’ll do:

• Provide a 5 Star WOW experience as a front line representative of Cie Digital Labs
• Review resumes and provide feedback/insights on potential candidates for all company requisitions
• Phone screen candidates, document detailed notes, update candidate profiles and distribute information via applicant tracking system (Newton)
• Source candidates through passive candidate outreach, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, AngelList, Behance, Coroflot, etc.), and candidate databases/public resume repositories
• Update company social media pages (Facebook/LinkedIn) to promote job requisitions and build/maintain brand reputation with followers and fans
