We are looking for a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and develop creative strategies to find the best talent for Endpoint. In this critical role, you will manage the entire candidate process from pipeline generation to offer acceptance, working closely with leaders to deliver a ‘best in class’ candidate experience.
As a Recruiter , you will use your skills to:
- Build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
- Proactively build talent pipelines and execute fully comprehensive strategic sourcing plans
- Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Provide an amazing candidate experience regardless of outcome - ensuring all candidates are updated and informed at all stages in our interview process
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters across non-technical functions
- Foster a data-driven culture; using various tools to track metrics at each point in our process
- Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities
- Identify recruiting roadblocks/bottlenecks and work with leadership teams to solve them
- Help build our employer brand
You'll come to Endpoint with:
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (ideally a blend of both agency and in-house)
- A well-developed sense of urgency that is tempered with extreme attention to detail
- Experience engaging, assessing and closing candidates from Associate to Principal level - from ideally both technical and non-technical backgrounds
- An ability to accurately present and assess candidates to client groups; influencing decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on talent
- Experience with owning a search from ‘end-to-end’: Job crafting, strategic posting, sourcing, engaging + activating passive candidates and closing offers
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ideally Lever), data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
- Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
