As a Recruiter for our Games and Technology teams, you will join an expanding People Team in our Long Beach office. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to the overall success of a hyper-growth startup. In this role you will interact with hiring managers, applicants and potential candidates to manifest the organization's mission in the candidate and employee experience.
What you'll do:
- Full cycle recruitment for technology and gaming positions at various levels
- Proactively source, identify, and recruit passive game and engineering candidates while maintaining long-term relationships with them
- Leverage social media, existing employees, and appropriate networks to increase the pool of qualified candidates
- Creatively highlight the employee experience to effectively position Zwift as an outstanding place to work
- Be a proactive consultant with respect to the evolving needs of the organization, internal talent development, and personal characteristics needed for various roles
- Interview and screen candidates to determine skill sets and career goals
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of talent, maintain ATS data integrity, and regularly share updates with internal stakeholders
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across engineering as well as key cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders
- Build strong partnerships across various functions with hiring managers, leadership team and people team
- Ensure a great candidate and employee interview experience
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated success in managing a high volume of Game Development hiring in a growth company
- 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience at a technology company and/or a staffing firm-within gaming, fitness or technology a HUGE plus
- Solid track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels and making successful placements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever or similar ATS
- Experienced Zwifter
- Prior experience in the high-tech industry
