You will report directly to the Head of People.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead the strategic direction of all people operations/HR functions for a rapidly scaling global team
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all systems, processes, and issues related to the employee experience
  • Provide guidance around all HR and employment issues balancing the employee experience with the needs of the business
  • Identify areas around leadership, communication and feedback, professional paths, diversity and inclusion, and compliance that are ripe for development, and create and execute on data-driven strategies to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with our Finance team on payroll processing, compensation programs, and benefits programs
  • Maintain the company’s HRIS
  • Create, implement and administer company policy guidelines and documentation across all locations
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with company leaders in sourcing candidates for open positions
  • Be the face of the company while coordinating the interview process, including outreach and scheduling
  • Lead coordination of company events and activities to build a strong community and culture
  • Serve as a role model for the company’s culture by embodying the highest standards of behavior and ethics at all times
     

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in People Operations/HR, preferably in a startup environment
  • Excellent judgment and impeccable integrity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism
  • Relationship builder with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • GSuite power user
  • BA or equivalent

  • Experience with Zenefits
  • Experience with ADP
  • Experience with Google Hire or similar ATS
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
