  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated People Support Specialist to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide high-quality support, guiding them through company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in employee support with a strong grasp of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.

  • Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (or other required languages) at a C1 or higher level.

  • Fluency in other languages highly preferred (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German etc)
