Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the first line of support and troubleshooter for the attendance system
  • Ensures data for time is available for making reports
  • Maintains and updates employees’ data, when needed
  • Generates attendance reports on monthly basis for ensuring data quality, to be legal conform and for administration review
  • Prepares and validates reports on different areas
  • Researches and resolves timekeeping issues
  • Responds to employee questions in a timely manner and escalates matters as needed.
  • Collaborates with HR Team and vendor
  • Assists with other administrative duties as requested
  • Identifies areas for process improvement and provides solutions for implementation
  • Contributes to HR Services projects at country or BU level
  • Close collaboration with Payroll and People Partners
  • Act as a “point of contact” person and subject matter expert for employees, leaders and people partners in Time related processes
  • Keep up to date in regards of legal changes
  • Support in payroll project

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Relevant professional education, e.g. apprenticeship in business management or studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred)
  • 2-3 years professional experience with time administration and/or payroll and/or personal administration (SSC environment is an advantage)
  • Excellent German and English spoken and written
  • HRIS system (SAP) knowledge and experience preferred, Workday is a plus
  • Experience in other HR disciplines (e. g., Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partner, Learning, Payroll, etc.) is an advantage
  • This opportunity is located at the Sandoz site at Prague and will not have the ability to be located remotely
